The Women’s Kulshan Climb is for women (queer, trans, cis-gendered) looking for a glacier mountaineering experience in an affinity space created for and by women who love spending time in the mountains. Designed to foster inclusivity and accessibility from the ground up, this trip offers a supportive environment for gaining a strong foundation in mountaineering skills and making a summit attempt on Kulshan, Washington’s northernmost volcano.
This trip provides an introduction to essential skills for mountaineering in a relaxed and safety-oriented environment. We’ll take our time to cover the skills needed for a summit attempt, then make our way up the mountain as a team. This trip is appropriate for beginners and experienced mountaineers alike.
